Decent filament, slow support
I ordered some Carbon Fiber PA12 filament and a magnetic build plate. The filament prints really nicely, and the build plate is definitely an upgrade for my printer. Shipping was okay, it got here in about a week. The only snag was I had a question about printer compatibility for the build plate and it took their customer service a few days to get back to me. Not a huge deal since I figured it out, but it could have been quicker. Overall, I got what I needed for a fair price, so I'd still consider buying from them again.
Good value for my money
I bought a few spools of their PLA Original filament during a sale, and I was pretty happy with the price. I signed up for the newsletter too, which got me an extra little discount.
